Just as important is an effective tenant relations program. Principal
items comprising client/tenant relations are:
- Frequent face-to-face contact
- Prompt response to requests
- Anticipation and resolution of problems
- Effective implementation of operating policies
- Qualified and reliable employees and contractors
- Regular tenant satisfaction surveys
Our managers will give all client/tenant requests an immediate
response, thus establishing a rapport with the client/tenant. It
is important that all requests be handled with a "sense of
urgency". Furthermore, it is essential that the client/tenant
knows and recognizes the properties’ management individuals. There
is no better way to anticipate and resolve problems than by frequent
face-to-face contact.
