Services: Reporting
Each month, the following reports, subject to the discretion of
the owner, will be provided to the owner:
- Rent Roll Leasing Activity Report - Current, proposed and rejected
- Expense Detail Accounts Receivable
- Income and Expense Summary Variance Reports
- Income Detail (by tenant) Cash Account Balance Reports
At the close of each monthly reporting cycle we set our priorities
for the next month so that the proper documentation and follow up
is provided to each operational detail and matters are brought to
closure as quickly as possible.
