Our goal in the leasing of the properties is to ensure the highest
quality tenant base, generating the greatest cash flow possible in
in the shortest time frame. Our property management personnel assist
our leasing professionals as they implement a comprehensive Leasing
Plan, which will be developed based upon the Properties' criteria
and current market conditions.
We, in conjunction with the brokerage division, will help market
and identify those prospective tenants, who meet your qualifications
and negotiate the most favorable terms for the project. Monthly,
we will keep you abreast of our progress and report on the success
of our contacts with members of the brokerage community through
our brokerage team's Leasing Activity Report.
