of limited support services provided by Hagner Management Corporation.
This program includes options to support on-site management and
alternatives to meet our changing needs.

The Financial Service Management Division is led by Anthony Falcone (Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer), and Steve Schnippel (Corporate Vice President of Finance). Both
Mr. Falcone and Mr. Schnippel are Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
with over 40 years of combined real estate industry experience both locally and nationally.
