The Hagner Management Corporation's philosophy centers on a balance
between property management and asset management. We believe that
a project's value is maximized by aggressive management aimed at
the bottom line, which can be achieved by careful attention to the
day-to-day activities of a property. Our focus to this end is providing
a level of service, which maintains a high degree of client and
tenant satisfaction, which in turn results in consistently high
levels of occupancy. This attention to service involves detailed
monitoring of property maintenance and an experienced eye toward
anticipated capital improvements and long range planning.
Hagner Management provides property management and asset management
services for all of the following types of properties:

As a property manager, Hagner Management Corporation ("HMC")
takes charge of the day-to-day operations on behalf of the owner.
Tenant relations, personnel management, contract management, lease
administration, etc., are all a part of the services provided by
HMC. HMC is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), one
of only 650 organizations so accredited through the Institute of
Real Estate Management (IREM). This accreditation indicates that
HMC adheres to those standards and criteria set by IREM to signify
an extremely high level of professionalism.
As property manager we strive to maximize our clients' return on
their investment. HMC's role is to advise clients on major trends,
which affect the short and long term value of their asset and recommend
steps to be followed to maintain or enhance that value.
Our success is measured by the level of satisfaction of our owner
clients and their tenants, and the value of clients' investments.
