• As a property owner ("landlord"), you can look to us to assist you in setting the monthly rental rate for your property, marketing the property in the MRIS and Craigslist and, if appropriate, in newsprint.  We will financially qualify the prospective tenant and prepare and negotiate the lease. 
• As a tenant, you will be apprised of the terms contained in the standard lease and provided with an extensive list of available properties which match your needs.  We will submit your credit report and we will present your lease offer to the owner and help in working out the lease terms. 
• We can provide property management services on an individual basis through our relationships with highly regarded property managers. Through Hagner Management, we also manage over 1,700 properties in muli-unit buildings, one of the largest residential portfolios for any full-service broker in the Metropolitan area.
