This class will cover agency options and strategies for prospecting with an eye toward developing a comprehensive business plan.

Working with Sellers

Listing forms, agency options and how to assemble a competitive market analysis.

Contracts

Contract forms, agency options, disclosures, and contract presentations.

Working with Buyers

Buyer agency, pre-qualifying buyers, and basic conventional financing.

Final Session

Formal listing and contract presentations will be made by each new Sales Associate

Additional training will be available, including:

  • How to hold a successful open house
  • Listing and marketing upper bracket homes
  • Coordinating, presenting, and participating in multiple contract presentations

New Sales Associates who excel in their first year to 18 months will be invited to participate in the Hagner Tuition Assistance for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
